We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us. 

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, in order to avoid incurring 50% of the service fee.

At Waterstone Aesthetics, we are committed to complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your hair, please contact the front desk within 7 days of your appointment to schedule an appointment for a complimentary redo. The redo appointment will be booked with the same stylist who performed the original service. We ask you to refrain from trying to fix it yourself or going to another salon as we will not be able to perform the complimentary redo appointment. We do not offer complimentary redos or refunds on Color Correction or Keratin Treatments.

In order to help clients maintain the haircuts they receive at Waterstone, we offer a complimentary clean up in between regular haircut appointments. During this 15 minute appointment, the stylist will trim the bangs, the hair that frames the face and the hair that grows along the back of the neck. Additional clean ups and clean ups for clients who have not received a haircut are $15.

We know it happens, sometimes a product just doesn’t do what you want it to. Come on in for a quick styling or skin care consultation, and let one of our specialists show you how to get the results your looking for. In the unlikely event that you’re still not satisfied, you’re welcome to return the product for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. 

Twin Turbo blow dryers come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty when purchased through Waterstone Aesthetics.

Hair Brushes
Jewelry

We want you to feel as confident in our Laser Hair Removal treatments as we do, that’s why we provide our Total Satisfaction Warranty package. If you undergo six treatments* in any single area within the prescribed time**, we will give you one full year of complimentary maintenance treatments for that area. Say you need 8 treatments to reach the 85%-95% reduction, well the last two will be on the house. You can rest assured that we’ll stand behind you in the fight against unwanted hair. 

*Six treatments may be purchased as a package or individually.
**Prescribed time depends on the area being treated, with sessions spaced 6-8 weeks apart.
